HAWKSTAR OF SKYCLAN

Hawkstar is the leader of SkyClan She identifies as female and uses she / they pronouns. She is polyamorous lesbian and is married with children, though she isn't above flirting with the odd she-cat for fun.

Hawkstar is a a long-legged short-furred seal point tortie with one electric-blue eye. Her skull has been robbed of her second eye and in its place are a litany of scars and a socket where her eye was once held. Two tall ears sit askew on her head, enunciating the wedge-shape of her face and her long, swan-like neck as she twists to listen to the latest gossips.

Hawkstar was born as the kittypet Lacey, began life in SkyClan as a daylight apprentice. Through her apprenticeship, she proved to be a quick learner and faster paw - forever quick to strike and ask questions later. A difficult habit to break, and one that had kept Lacey back from her assessment for at least a half-moon (until she learned some restraint!)

But restraint was never going to be part of Lacey's vocabulary - so much so, that when a hawk threatened the SkyClan camp and zoned in on little Stormpaw. More brawn than brain, Lacey thought it an excellent idea to attack the hawk first (in truth, leap for it just as it swooped back to pick up the apprentice.) Whatever the initial plan, the hawk did not manage a tasty kit snack that day and instead left with Lacey's eye for her trouble.

In honor of her courage (and sheer dumb luck!), Lacey was given a full warrior's name: Hawkeye, and afterward, became a full-time member of SkyClan.

Current day, she is the inimitable Hawkstar: leader of SkyClan and ready to bring her clan home after too many years separated from their motherland.

Hawkeye is best known for her gregariousness, compassion, ferocity, and snark. She excels at being quick and agile, but is poor at swimming.
