Tenebrouspaw wastes no time. In her one-on-one spar with her sibling, she holds back not a single swipe or punch, giving it all she can. Their blood connection does not quench the fire in her chest, dull the sharpness of her claws nor lighten the heft of her weight. Any day, either one of them could be attacked by... well, anything. And she would be damned to lose in any encounter because she, or anyone else, went easy. It seems, for the most part, Gutsypaw feels the same way.
Their mentors pull them back with a single command, though it takes Tenebrouspaw a few heartbeats to shake the urge to continue from her pelt. She clicks her teeth together, righting herself and straightening her spine soon after. Trembletuft levels a glare towards her before turning to her sibling's mentor. It seems unanimous that they will be ending this training session with a hunt, but neither of their mentors seem keen on keeping to their apprentices' tails. She watches as her mentor begrudgingly loosens the leash once more, and Tenebrouspaw yanks it from his grasp.
"Let's go, Guts," she huffs, ignoring the slowly blooming pain over her body. It beat her hard, as its name would suggest. She doesn't begrudge it for as much, simply relieved that they treat one another equally.
