  A very spindly and slender tom with a very pale cream coat. There are splotches of tortoiseshell markings on the right side of his face, his right front paw, his right flank, and his tail. His tail is smaller than most, not as long as the average cat's. He has tall, tufted ears and sharp blue eyes. On his face there is a pale mask.​

  Raised by himself, Hum is a very solitary tom when it comes to welcoming in company. He prefers – or at least, is used to – being alone. He's slowly opening up to the presence of others, and in doing so has found himself refining the rest of his personality. Though very polite, Hum knows clearly what he wants and will see things through to the end. Despite his glaring appearance, Hum has a heart, and won't needlessly put others through painful ordeals. In fact, it could be said that in coming around to others, he's fallen into the trap of taking on their problems.​
