scarlet oh my best friend scarlet she's been such a wonderful influence in my life and has been such a wonderful escape while other parts of my life were so stressful :))) really has made my experience in purrgatory such an incredible thing and showed me that i can still have fun with characters and connect with people over them during a time when writing characters had been so difficult for so long …. basic gist is scarlet i love you so much and you mean the world to me and you deserve everything ever!!!!! thank you for being such a wonderful friend to pheo and i and such a wonderful influence in purrgatory as a whole!!!!!

Scarlet has been a super big support to me and a good friend. I've had a really great time playing with them in both Shadow and Wind as it's formed. Flea and Meadow are such fun characters to read and Scarlet is such a fun person to talk to :)

"Bugs are small too, but they eat us when we die and clean up all the bits left. It's important. There's importance in the little things." He glances down at his paws, lifts one to regard it as if seeing something before placing it back down in the same place, his print and pad aligning neatly. Magpiekit's purple eyes drift away from the noise, wandering back to the marshland beyond the camp where he tilts his head and regards the distance before deciding against it. Not today. Maybe he would play later.

Violet hues narrow as he takes it in, remembering distinctly a lesson whispered of warning from a patchwork maw, Don't eat the red berries. They are poisonous. [....] Serpentberry hadn't said anything about touching them otherwise so he dips his head and neatly picks it up between his teeth with all the gentleness of mother lifting her kit, teeth not piercing the smooth skin as he toddles forward to drop it back near the medicine cat in silence.
