Giavanna doesn't waste her breath on those she doesn't see as worthy. In conversations, she is humorous and clever, but beneath the surface are veiled warnings wrapped in sweet smiles. For those outside her circle, warmth is calculated, and her kindness is to be repaid.

She is not a cold-hearted woman. Giavonna would do only what was deemed necessary to survive or what she was ordered to do. She takes no enjoyment in unnecessary violence, though she is not opposed to making others uncomfortable to ensure the growth of her family. That said, she does try to shield her people from the darker truths life has to offer. The dirtier side of the business she reserves for those she knows can handle seeing it. Nonna takes no pleasure in cruelty, but does what she must to ensure their survival.

  » Truly loves her family. No matter where they go or how far they wander... even if they choose to leave her. They are hers and she is theirs. Nonna will always welcome them back with open arms.
  » Stereotypical grandma at times. She will give you candies and make you soup. Mwah kisses your little forehead stinky babies
  » Prone to using her old age as an excuse to manipulate others. Giavanna knows she can get away with just that much more.

• Early Life
  
  → Was brought up as a kittypet alongside her mother and siblings.
  → Separated from her family from a young age and given to another family. She lived with them until they suddenly disappeared one day, leaving her behind.
  → Giavonna roamed the streets growing bitter and hungry. She eventually joined a group of outcasts.
  → They were a brutal bunch and put her through the same paces. Giavonna had to adapt from a life of softness and comfort to one of cruelty.
  → Being the old girl that she is, she's got quite the reputation for herself in certain circles, but hardly paints the image of what is said about her. Was once the leader of a small 'gang'. They were responsible for much, not all good. They would lend their 'protective' services to the surrounding groups, strays, and kittypets. Their rivalry with another group in the area resulted in many bloody battles, Nonna being the center of it... though you wouldn't think it by looking at her.
