Fitzgerald has never realized just how much he does on a day to day basis before. His body itches with the need to move, the need to do anything at all, but he is smart enough not to go against Swallowbreeze's wishes. Perhaps she wouldn't meet his recklessness with wrath, but the images of disappointment on her face is repellent enough against any silly idea that might come Fitzgerald's way.
Really, what he hates the most is missing tonight's fiasco. Grief has burrowed its way into his heart with the knowledge that his Clanmate had met an unjust end... but one only has to take a glance at Hawkstar's face to know that justice will come; she will carry it out like it is her duty to do so. Perhaps it is. Rosebelly had cruelly been taken from them. Who else would fight for what's right, if not Hawkstar herself?
Fitzgerald just wishes he could see the faces of ThunderClan when she arrives to the scene.
The full moon slowly but surely rises on the darkening sky, and with it, a foreboding breeze caresses the cats of SkyClan. Fitzgerald lays by the entrance of the medicine cat's den, watching his Clan pace restlessly while they wait.

"Duskpool!"
He calls out to the nearest warrior that passes him. "You'll tell me all about the Gathering when you return, right? I wouldn't miss it for the world, but, y'know... timing's not been on my side, I guess."
The gashes along his body pulse, as if they hear his complaints.
