Disgust radiates off of Hornet like a miasma. Once again, Hornet is reminded of the foolishness that comes with living in a rag-tag colony inside the barn. If it were up to her, she'd drive the whole damned lot of them out, keeping this money glitch rat heap for herself and Sweet....and she supposes Honey, if she must. But as it stands, just as she must play nice with Sweet's burr-in-the-shape-of-a-cat, so too must she hold space for the rest who call the barn home. A particular amount of space, however. Preferably farther than arm's length. Even more preferably out of her sight. This?
This was just asking for a beating.
"
Where is your guardian?
" A rumbled growl escapes Hornet, the smog of a dragon's breath just waiting for an excuse to ignite. Before Hornet, an unusual sight - one of the Barn's youth seemed to have, unfortunately, taken a liking to her. As much as Hornet tries to sidestep the little gremlin, it appears right back in her path a moment later. Speedy little monster Hornet thinks with a twitch to her lips. Pale yellow eyes narrowed, she glances around, wondering of her chances in getting away with it if she punts the child out of the barn. With her luck though, it'll probably just come bounding right back. She'd once seen a kitten fall from the rafters and go right back to climbing the posts like nothing happened... indestructible - like cockroaches. @wren <3 sorry she's so aggressive, please bring on the cute kitten hours!
