Poppykit rolls around on the ground outside the nursery dramatically, belly-up as though he's been struck down by the paws of the enemy and can't go on any longer. The 'enemy', in this case, is of course his own boredom; the WindClan camp is spacious enough for a rambunctious kitten, but there's nobody who can play with him right now! The warriors are too busy and Yewkit is still grounded… at least when Poppykit was with his Momma he got to roam around and explore new places! This is ridiculous!!
But alas, Poppykit is nothing if not determined. After getting his anguish out of his system, he rolls back onto his paws and looks back to the nursery's entrance with renewed vigor. Surely he can convince one of the other kittens to come out and play even though it's cold!! Maybe they'll even play another game of 'super mega extreme mossball' with him, too!! (It's a way better version of mossball that he invented all by himself and it's definitely not almost exactly the same, no matter what anybody says!!)
Marching through the entrance of the den, Poppykit scans each nest in search of his newest playmate, and it doesn't take long for his multicolored gaze to land squarely on who he thinks will appreciate his genius version of mossball the most - or, you know, will just play a game with him. Any game. Has he mentioned that he's really bored?
"Pssst. Hey. Hey, Dreamkit!" Poppykit whispers, though honestly even his whispers could stand to be quieter… "Wake up, sleepyhead! Let's play a game, pleeeeaaase?" He gently prods the other kitten's sleeping form for good measure, hoping it's enough to nudge Dreamkit back into the waking world… How does he manage to sleep so much, anyway? Sleepin's so boring!!
