JUNE 2025 UPDATES

HAPPY PRIDE MONTH! Our shop has new pride paw badges to display on your profile! Check them out HERE and suggest any more you want to see to us in the Discord! These can go on your main or character accounts! Go ham!

We've undergone an overhaul on our staff team! First and foremost, thank you @Mintasia for all your work as a CA as she has stepped down to focus on life and roleplay for the time being! We love you! Our other two CA's @muddly & @carat have been promoted to mod to make way for our new community assistant squad!
Welcome @chuffera & @teddy & @buzz & @Scarlet ! Thanks for volunteering and thank you to the community for your patience as we train our new friends and get things rolling again!

A deadline for the STARS ALIGN event has been set up for July 9th @ midnight! With hope we will end things officially on the 10th for that months full moon for fun thematic purposes! As a reminder you need to track your posts in your clan hubs which are linked in the event thread! The clan with the most posts/points will be the top of our badge at the end!

NonClan RP boards have gotten a bit of a clean up after a chat with the community, expect to see some more nonclan groups pop up later down the line but for now:
UNCLAIMED TERRITORY has been changed to Outer Territory as it is no longer technically unclaimed in some cases!
Loner Lands now has two subboards for the shipyard RiverClan came from and the Junkyard outside twolegplace that's close enough to the clans to travel! Wonder who lives there?
In Twolegplace, WarriorClan has their own little territory board now.

Each of the Outer Territory locations (Twolegplace, Loner Lands & Horseplace) now have their own OOC boards and the previous mass OOC board has been removed! (Unofficial groups posted there were moved to the Plot Adoption Board!)

Things we have planned coming up in the future as we get them going:
A brief guide of genetics by the genetic team for users to utilize at their leisure!
Rough guidelines for aging to assist in character growth development!
A timeline for injury and sickness recovery, some poultices and clan specific remedies added to their section of the medicine cat guide!
The shop is getting some aesthetic tweaks, we will be adding new DARK FOREST specific items soon as well as the eventually beginning of our 'trinket collection' - items your character can hoard and collect to display on their account!

Thank you all again for making this site a fun and enjoyable experience, we're excited to keep developing and improving as we go!

PATCH NOTES

Updates: 5/24/25

A complete cleanout was done on the Mega Roster and Claimed Prefix List - please be sure to confirm your character is still verified before playing them if you have not posted with them in 3 or more months!

The Character Check-in Form thread is no longer a required part of the check-in process. Instead it is being repurposed to alert staff of prefix removals for dropped characters or to reserve prefixes only. You will now be directed to your character Clan's census after approval

Things In Progress

Each afterlife will be getting their own census soon!
Eventually WindClan's old barn is going to be rebuilt, wonder who will move in when it is?
The Shop is getting a bit of an aesthetic overhaul an some more description detail as well as the new Dark Forest specific powers soon!
The guide will be updated to reflect it!

WarriorClan has been added to the shop groups to apply to your accounts.

Adjustments to the following:

Clan ranks now include the following excerpt based on a community chat:,
You may only have ONE HP at a time, this rule is subject to change in the future but as the site is new we want to allow more people the chance to have a HP more easily.
Please note this ONLY counts for Leader/Deputy/Medicine Cat & Medicine Cat Apprentice as Council ranks are considered Semi-HPs and thus you may have as many of those as you earn with the exception of one in a clan where you play an actual HP.
The other exception to this rule is playing a HP in any of the nonclan groups (such as WarriorClan, the Rustclaws etc...) this restriction applies to the core five groups only.
This is subject to change as needed in the future after a trial period.

The 'unofficial groups' section of the NonClan information page has been removed, while people are still allowed to make their own groups we are focusing on some officially run ones to see how that goes instead!

Next month we are trialing a soft quota for HPs that is now detailed in the Clan Ranks Guide ! The details on this were discussed with the existing HP team and we'll gather more feedback later to make sure it works well!
