Intruders had lately taken a hold of this forest, claiming it as their own while hunting to thier hearts content. Brother was unpleased with that. A forest that had once belonged to nobody, that the two could roam around freely without anybody to disturb had now unfairly taken control over it. Hah, how life could change just like that, . If only brother had a better sense of humor. No need to follow that lead of bitterness, no instead, in a matter of fact! - curiosity had struck them over what kind of cats had ended up here. Where had they come from to begin with?. Out of nowhere they had showed up one day...Suspicious... The only way to find out more was to follow them!. Yup, and excillent brilliant idea...formed and organized by him truly!.
It didn't take long no, for Lark to find her victim to stalk, peeking from behind a tree as she watched them hunt in the distance with wide eyes, not wishing to miss a thing so couldn't afford to blink!. When the warrior moved to take chase Lark climbed up the tree to follow them by jumping between the branches. Eyes moved and followed the cat and mouse race game wondering if she was gonna make it!.
Having just leapt to the end of the tree branch wide yellow eyes stared as the warrior leapt at the mouse for the final showdown!. Lark leaned her head forward with thrilling excitement, watching intensively as the warrior - missed it., Awww. Lark's whiskers twitched. Poor thing almost had it!. What a waste. His eyes started to follow the escaping mouse who was coming straight to the tree the red tabby was hiding in. No time to waste, Lark quickly climbed down from the tree and took a leap from the tree's 'wall' to kick of straight towards the mouse with claws out and ready to catch it. He bounced straight at it and the mouse was succeedfully captured between his two paws. Without a second thought the hunter took a quick bite to the mouse neck and twisted it breaking the poor mouse vunerable neck just like that. Not even a squawk, nothing. It was dead, lifeless and unmoving just like that. Life was so easy to take away.
Lark dropt the mouse, staring it down briefly before casting a look over at the empty pawed she-cat, tongue rolled out as the rogue gave a lick to her lips to get a taste from the blood that was so deliciously on his muzzle.

" Aww, ya almost had it!. Too bad you were not faster!"
he snickerd, and with the mouse pinned safely underneath the red tabby's claws a toothy grin presented itself across the rogue maw as she stared the stranger down from the distance between them, curiously studing them like a owl. @Cherrydawn
