Hello and welcome to Purrgatory! We are an 18+ Warrior Cat Roleplay set in an AU where the clans were unable to leave the forest territories and perished!
It has been 100 or more years since then, the clans of the forest are but distant memories to any cats still alive, stories passed down to kits of strangely named wild warriors and leaders with nine lives but the time of the clans is upon us once more and the stars shine yet again.
This prefix tag is to be used for this plot to allow easy backreading once the clan has arrived at the forest territories!
SkyClan is a clan that already exists and must eventually find a new place to live due to an increase in rat infestations similar to the ones their predecessors had dealt with long ago. The decision is made to leave to rejoin their fellow clans in the forest territories, unaware that they fell long ago and are being rebuild at this very moment.
Since the clan exists already, it has its authority figures already and those spots must be filled before we can begin roleplaying their treacherous journey!
History
The names of past leaders and medicine cats was forgotten after an illness killed many of the older generation and SkyClan went through a long term of having only a small handful of cats that weren't Daylight Warriors but eventually they found stability. Coffeestar, the previous leader, died quietly of old age and her deputy Hawkeye rose up to take her place, becoming Hawkstar who chose Flowercloud as her deputy.
The previous medicine cat Meadowlark eventually retired and opted to return to their twolegs to live out the rest of their days as well, leaving behind an apprentice named Tigerpaw who was granted the full name of Tigerfoot who immediately took on an apprentice with Swallowpaw.
Once their ranks were filled out once more, the Hawkstar makes the decision that this area can no longer sustain them and since they have no elders currently now is the best time to make the attempt to leave...
Newly bestowed with nine lives, will they manage to carry their clan across the world to the forests it once thrived in countless moons ago?
For the journey SkyClan must travel across countless abandoned places from derelict old cities through mountainous terrain, the plots and possibilities for this journey are endless and cats can join them along the way or even die before making it to their final destination.
This is a badge event, any character who posts during it at any point is eligible for the SkyClan's Journey badge.
