Lavenderspring urged them along in silence, trekking a few steps ahead of her patrol simply to try and keep the pace. Admittedly, the new warrior could not shake the nerves of leading a patrol, no matter how simple this one came to be. After all, aside from her aunt, the other moggies were also new warriors... but still with a season or two more than she has. She understands that RiverClan is only so old and thus, to a point, everyone is a new warrior - however the molly worries purely about the stigma that comes with being inexperienced.
Though... she supposes there is no way to get experience other than simply doing.
"I heard," she starts as they grow closer to the waterfall. Its only a few foxlengths away now, though the roar of it has yet to deafen the patrol, "that bears tend to camp near river maws, like this, so that they can catch the fish when they jump." Lavenderspring pauses in her line of thought, curious on if she's warning her patrol to look out for bears, or suggesting that they, instead, hunt like the massive carnivores and simply wait for the fish to jump. Her ear twitches, and she decides with the former, "Keep your ears pricked."
