Lavenderpaw sneaks away. This time, her paws err to the stream just as the sun begins to set, rather than when it's disappeared entirely. Frostmoth has his suspicions, Willowburn knows by virtue of basically saving the blue furred girl from an awkward encounter with the former. But the rest of the Clan is only entertained by the rumor, seemingly unbothered by what it could mean. She slips across the stream and takes off into the dying day, likely seen, but again not stopped.
This time, she doesn't bring anything but her own two paws. She figures she can show off a bit once he gets there - maybe she can convince him to try a fish if she catches it. Cats of other Clans seem to either marvel or turn their noses up at the skill. Lavenderpaw, in one way or another, intends to offer this as a test in of itself. She would rather not waste time with someone deeply uninterested in her culture, after all.
Her paws settle at the edge of the shoreline, for once not immediately dipping into the lapping waves. She looks towards the horizon, seeking out the sun and watching as it dyes the sky different shades of reds and oranges... and patiently waits for Asterpaw.
