Jasperkit thought a lot about the meeting. They couldn't believe it... Their brother! The fastest in all of Riverclan- that must be the reason. And Jasperkit wouldn't be swayed to believe anything else. Galerunner.... Now what if Jasperkit could be just as fast, and share a name with their brother? What if... The white and black red speckled kitten would gently sort through their pile.
Now.... This one, this one was given to them. This one... They found it with momma when they first learned to swim... Now this one! Jasperkit lifted its form that glinted in the sunlight in their white paw, blinking... Before sniffing at it and nodding triumphantly. He knew exactly what they would do.
If they offered Galerunner a large, pretty pebble... Galerunner would definitely teach Jasperkit how to be super fast! It was a trade, and one that couldn't be denied, right? With a confident grin, and dragging the rock behind him and out of the nursery, he was relieved that Galerunner was in camp. He'd begin rolling it closer, and closer. Until finally, he sat before his brother, tilting his head. "Hi Galerunner! So I have a pr...propishishon! I'll give you my prettiest, biggest rock so that you can teach me to run super fast. Like you okay? Deal?" Jasperkit asked, before ducking his head and trying to give Galerunner the biggest eyes he could. He always tried to use a 'big word' he had learned, or tried to seem smart to Galerunner... Because if he could impress his brother... Perhaps Galerunner would let Jasperkit hide under his legs like they did with Thunderpaw or Wavesong. And perhaps Galerunner would let them sleep on his back, or play with them more.
