Some days, it seems as though Sunkit might never grow bored. Today, though, it feels as though he might never find something interesting again. He's played all the games, he knows them all already. Sure, it's fun for the new kits, but he's almost a warrior. He needs to set his sights higher.
Luckily, he catches sight of a worthy target to keep his attention - going about camp as any cat might, not off doing important things he couldn't understand. "Looooonstar - !" The kit croons in a song, little paws pattering towards the leader. "Betcha thought I was a bird, right? Like a - like, um - that's what a loon is, right? They sing?" All the birds fae likes to watch do, but Fae's never actually seen a loon faerself. Their other name was much better, in faer mind. Juniper bushes are more familiar than loons. At least fae has the easiest name of all. Any kit could ask what fae was named after, and all fae would have to do is point a paw skywards! Fae blinks, having lost their train of thought. Bird impressions. Loonstar. Right.
Back to the point - "Did you see me playing leader?" Fae asks eagerly, bouncing a little on faer toes. He smiles up at them. "Betcha were - would have been - impressed! I felt like I wasn't even a kit anymore, I was allies with you and ThunderClan and everything." He laughs lightly at the memory. It was Moonkit's idea to add ThunderClan to the game, but maybe it wasn't entirely uninspired.
