While he still wasn't fully recovered - and wouldn't be for many more days, according to Swallowbreeze - he was at least finally rested enough to lift his aching body from the nest and pad around the den for a little bit at a time. Exercise would be good for him, especially if he wanted to return to duties as a warrior...
Which, speaking of, he really needed to talk to Hawkstar and Flowercloud about. He knew Swallowbreeze would've been keeping them updated on his condition, but it would probably be best to sit down with one or both of them, especially considering... well, everything, he supposed.
A familiar scent wafted into the medicine cat den, and he purred with recognition. It was as if the deputy knew he'd been thinking of her. He padded stiffly over to Flowercloud as she made her way into the den, dipping his head in respect.
"Flowercloud," he mewed warmly. "Great StarClan, it's so good to see you... I have so much to ask, so much to tell you- I wouldn't be taking up too much of your time, would I?" No doubt a deputy such as Flowercloud had plenty to do on the daily, especially now that they shared borders with other Clans.
