Snowdropheart
STAY ALIVE
And so now here she was, leading these cats into twoleg territory, in hopes of finding some scraps to bring back. They would need to be quick, yet quiet, so as to not alert the twolegs or their dogs, not to anger any kittypets or loners roaming around. It wasn't going to be easy, but, with any luck, they would have something to show for it.
Of course, she wasn't proud of needing to scavenge twoleg junk, but they had no choice left anymore. Regular hunting patrols brought back significantly less food than was needed and so Snowdropheart decided to spare a night getting food elsewhere.
"Okay, listen up everyone." she paused at the first location filled with shiny silver containers. "Spread around, work in groups, whatever you feel works best for you. But remember - no loud noises and be swift! We don't want anyone paying attention to us."
And with that, she turned towards the nearest bin laying toppled on the ground and peeked inside.

Rules
- Follows basic rules for the Hunger Games event.
- Be considerate of other roleplayers! No double-posting.
- Chaos dice are rolled every 2 OOC days (rolled by either Scarlet or Howee). These are events that the patrol cannot ignore and may include anything from a hunting event to unexpected danger. Additionally, each time a chaos event takes place, a 1d20 will be rolled and will contribute to the 'noise' for the patrol. Once the noise reaches 50, the party must flee to another area to reset the meter or return to camp.
- 1d10 for hunts, and only a 10 is a success.
- Not only for thieves, any cat apprentice-aged or older than can participate!
- Each participant should roll for one of the following Dumpster Diving Surprises prompts, unless your character joins in on another person's roll to help out!
- The thread will be closed at the end of the month.

Dumpster Diving Surprises (roll a 1d20)
- For prompts requiring additional rolls, you may follow Dizzy's Chart For Basic Stuff or simply go with what you think works best, as long as you still follow your result!1 - A huge rat darts out from behind a bin. It's twice the size of a mouse and more vicious. (Roll a 1d10 and then a 1d20 for chance of injury. 1-10 =Hunting Success. 10-20 = All Clear)
2 - The lid's peeled halfway back and the stench is appalling. Flies buzz around it, but it's… technically food? You could try a bite if you're feeling brave.
3 - You catch the scent of something foul. It's repulsive disgusting, absolutely gut churning unless... roll in it?
4- It's your lucky day! You find some bones with morsels of meat still left on. It's dry and chewy but edible.
5- Quick! A mouse darts out from under one of the cans! (Roll a 1d10)

9 - While you're walking around or digging through the cans, you feel something sharp. (Roll a 1d20 for Dexterity or Perception)
10 - Something small with a few too many legs crawls over your pelt. Kill it, ignore it, or... maybe a snack?
11 - Glinting in the trash something catches your eye.
12 - There's some leftovers in one of the cans. (Eat up! +1 to your next roll.)
13 - While digging through the trash the whole bag bursts open. It's slimy and gross but desperate times call for desperate measures. (Roll a 1d10 find any edible food scraps.)
14 - A two-leg left out a tin of kittypet food. It smells really good... Do you take a taste or avoid the risk altogether?
15 - Something fuzzy is growing from some scraps, but maybe there's something to be salvaged? (Roll a 1d10. If successful then a 1d20)
16 - Insects pick at a rotting bird. It's long past the point of edible, its skeleton clearly poking through its feathers. If you wanna dissect it for bones, you better have a strong stomach. (1d20 and get a 15 or higher to get a bird skull!)
17 - Something moves inside a soggy box. Investigate or ignore. (Roll a 1d8 - 1–6: it collapses and drenches you, 7–8 there's a mouse! Roll 1d10 to catch it.)
18 - You find a rad pair of sunglasses! Super cool bro! They're a bit crooked, but you look amazing. (You're feeling confident! +1 to your next roll.)
19 - A gust of wind blows bits of trash everywhere! Nothing you can eat but here have a piece of garbage.
20 - While you're digging you get coated in a foul smelling liquid. Ew... (-1 to your next roll)
