() dusk has fallen over the moors as windclan settle in for another night beneath the stars. warriors share tongues, discussing their busy days. apprentices giggle and loll about, chattering and comparing battle tactics. the elderly warrior lays with his tail tucked neatly around his side, a small rabbit at his paws as he watches his clan. a soft yawn curls his tongue, and dual-hued eyes flick across camp, noting the leader's den. as a shape emerges from it, wheatwhistle is quick to raise his tail, beckoning over the queen of the moors. "dusty," he calls, tone warm and welcoming. "come share this bunny w'me." it's a request, but he'd be hard pressed to take no for an answer. windclan's young leader looks harried and stressed, her verdant gaze dull. "c'mon now," the elderly tom coaxes his granddaughter, patting the earth beside him. as the woman makes her way over, she will trigger a rusty purr from the man's throat.

bending his neck, he takes a small bite of the rabbit, savoring the meaty taste as he chews and swallows. a large paw pushes the meal to dustystar, expectant eyes waiting for her to take a bite. the older tomcat finds peace in the warm scent of his kin, her dusky fur a captured memory of his now deceased daughter. "how're you, m'gal?" he asks, drawing his tongue across her pelt. "been an odd few weeks, ay? yer clan is thriving, though."

an orange tabby tom with low white and one gold eye, and one blue eye. short silky fur reminisces flame and rye, darker ginger tabby stripes slicing through the lighter tone. splashes of white are strewn across his face and body, a snowbank covering the flaming base of his coat. his eyes are odd- one crystal blue, the other sunshine golden, peering with a slightly lopsided look.
