Peonypaw picks the outskirts of camp for him and Petalpaw to walk along tonight. It's the closest thing to privacy they are going to get, seeing as the warriors aren't too keen on 'paws wandering about on their own anymore. Peonypaw thinks about all the countless tail-lengths the two of them had traveled within their first few moons of existence and decides that this new rule is dumb, but he doesn't voice it aloud.
He doesn't want to keep disagreeing with Petalpaw. It had led to enough disaster already. Plus... things just go a little bit smoother if he can curl up beside his brother at the end of the day without feeling guilty about it.
The sun had dipped below the horizon already, but its last stubborn rays paint keep the sky light for a bit longer. Somewhere over the rolling hills, Peonypaw hears the screech of a bird—perhaps an owl—, and he thinks this is the closest thing they have to peace. This, and being underground, doing his job well for once. He lets his shoulder bump into Petalpaw's lightly.

"How's training going?"
Peonypaw doesn't know too much about Tinytail, save for little snippets he gets of her on shared patrols, but that goes for most of the Clan. "The routine is kind of nice, honestly. Right?"
He tilts his head at Petalpaw, ready to take in his brother's gestures as they come.@Petalpaw
