Otterkit and her siblings got bigger with each and every day that passed by, they were still much smaller than the actually apprenticed aged cats but still! A moon or so more and she knew they'd catch up to them in no time! Speaking of apprentices though she wondered which ones were around camp today and who of them might want to play with her! She knew that kits weren't typically allowed outside of camp without a warrior... But surely an apprentice would be fine to just take her a short ways out? She missed the river her mother had brought her and her littermates to!

Peaking her head out from the main area of camp that she was so used to, ocean eyes would eventually land on the rosetted pelt of Torrentpaw who was currently sun bathing next to the stream that surrounded the RiverClan camp as a whole. He seemed to be asleep-- Or mostly asleep. Not that he would be for much longer! The little chocolate smoke would waste no time in racing over to the apprentice and wouldn't hesitate to pounce on him in an attempt to wake him from his lovely sun soaked nap, pushing her little paws into his pelt.

"Haha! Gotcha! Wake up sleepyhead! It's time for play!" The sun was out afterall! Which only meant one thing, awake time! And awake time was for playing! And food... If Torrentpaw didn't wake easily from being jumped on she'd scramble to try and chew on one of his ears instead. "C'mon Towwentpaw! I wanna see the river! Can we go see the river?"

An agile chocolate smoke she-cat with ghost striping, low white and ocean blue and orange sectoral heterochromia eyes. Loves the water!

Torrentpaw had not been fully asleep, his eyes opening every once in a while to gaze at the stream as the sun both glistened on its surface and warmed his own pelt. Though once he heard the flurry of paws racing towards him, he shut his eyes tight, already knowing what was coming. He didn't want to ruin the kit's element of surprise, after all.

Torrentpaw braced himself mentally for impact, silently wondering which kitten had chosen him as their victim. If it were Piranhakit, he was sure to be bitten within the next few seconds. Fortunately, rather than a bite, tiny paws jabbed into his side as if he were being climbed like a tree.

"Haha! Gotcha! Wake up sleepyhead! It's time for play!"

Torrentpaw's whiskers twitched with amusement, slowly rolling onto his back as he let out a mew of pretend surprise, imitating the sound of quite overdramatic fear.

"Otterkit!" He exclaimed, eyes wide with awe as he lifted both paws to swipe gently at the kit before him. "You're quite the hunter, I didn't even hear you coming." He purred, rolling back onto his side. As Otterkit began to tug at the tip of his ear, insisting they get a closer look at the water, Torrentpaw laughed, eyes gleaming with fondness.

"Of course we can!" He meowed, stretching out his forelegs as he rose to his height. Shaking out the remaining sleepiness from his sun-warmed pelt, Torrentpaw lowered his head to Otterkit, swiftly scooping her up onto his back with a bounce.

"Do you have a favorite spot?" He asked, adjusting her between his shoulderblades as he gazed across the camp's perimeter.
