Like a perfect blend of his parents, Rushingtide stands amidst RiverClan like a ghost of the past. Inheriting his mother's plush fur, with natural waves that cluster around his cheeks, neck, and chest. These curls frame his narrow face in a mane-like shape, giving him a fox-like appearance that only seems to cement how disconnected he feels from the Clan as a whole.
Tall and long-limbed, he stands with an easy, natural height that gives him a commanding silhouette even when he isn't trying to look impressive. His shoulders are broad beneath his ruffled fur, giving him a subtly powerful frame that contrasts with his otherwise lean shape. Most of his strength is hiddenβveiled under the soft waves and thickness of his coatβbut when he moves, the muscle beneath becomes obvious in the smooth pull of his stride and the controlled precision of each step.
His pelt is a warm, earthy gradient that seems to shift with every turn of his body. Deep, rich browns form the foundation of his coat, flowing over his back and shoulders like sun-baked soil. Along his sides, those darker tones melt into softer, amber-tinged hues, the color warming as it moves toward his legs and underbelly. His chest and throat are marked by a paler, creamy patch that brightens his face. The fur on his tail carries the same gradient in reverse; dark at the base, then fading into a soft, glowing ginger at the tip, eventually becoming pale.
His ears are tall and angular, soft pink inside, and the slight curl of the fur around them makes their points even more prominent. His eyes are a vivid, molten gold; they have a sharp, attentive glimmer to them. The color seems to pool and swirl like amber held up to the sun, deepening toward the center. When he turns his head just right, the light catches in a way that makes his eyes look aflame, as if some small spark inside him is always burning. Much like his father, Rushingtide too has a gash on his face that goes from his eye to his chin, exposing his canine. Because of this, he tends to speak to others standing on their left side, to stop them from looking at the weathered skin.
