His coat is short, thick, and hard, providing protection against environmental elements, and outlining the shape of his bodily condition.   Early Life
  
  
  Torrent had a mother, she raised him away from the shipyard but grew sick when torrentpaw was around 4 moons old. Torrent did his best to care for her, but she wasn't able to recover because of the lack of food and eventually passed away, which led to Torrent leaving where they lived and finding the shipyard (it wasnt far) by this point hes 5 moons. His father was never present during any part of his life, Torrent does not know who he is, he's accepted the fact that he does not have a father.​

  ‎‎‎‎‎‎Despite having negative feelings towards Pine due to his first impression, Torrentpaw has grown to trust and admire his bravery and sureness after Pine had saved Torrentpaw and Squidpaw from being chased by a dog.
